I changed my major 5 times in college (chaotic, I know) but every major had an underlying theme â helping others.
I graduated, got to corporate America and the root of what I wanted to do changed, so I left within a year a half, and long story short, thatâs when I got here â a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
